Scratchboard Drawings

 

Lately and I've been experimenting with scratchboard to see if it could work out for some of the graphic novel pages I'm working on. I hadn't used the technique recently and it was interesting trying it out after doing some pieces with white charcoal pencil on black paper. The first image is from a tree in the South End of Boston and the other one is a doodle.
