New Experiment on Clayboard

This month I've been experimenting with inking clayboard instead of buying the boards pre inked. Below is the first stage where I inked the board and tried out acrylic paint on top. The bottom is the finished piece and a detail. I'll be starting a larger drawing today. This was supposed to be a study for doing the same image but I feel like I worked it out pretty well and will be brainstorming some new imagery.
