These drawings are from last night at the MFA. I got mixed up on the date a class I'm teaching was starting and thought I would do some drawing from the open figure drawing that happens at the MFA on Wednesday night. Then I remembered that on the last week of the month there isn't a model so I drew from some of the artwork. The first drawing was from an angle looking up at one of the Neo Classical sculptures. I didn't quite get the foreshortening on the arm holding the bottle that I wanted exaggerate. The second was from an unidentified British artist's portrait of Admiral Peter Rainier which had an unusual expression.
