Still Life Painting and Drawing

 I don't usually work from still life set ups but here is a recent painting and ball point pen drawing of two arrangements. The first image is acrylic painting and I was pretty happy with how the it came out. The previous painting I had worked on about a month ago had gotten a little overworked and I feel this one was more successful because the colored were clearer and more vibrant.

The second drawing is of a set up of bottles a student was working on were I was using a ballpoint pen that had switchable blue, red, green and black colors.
